Every week we help organisations and businesses to keep their bike fleets in check. The difference that sets US apart from other service providers when working with many bikes in one session, is we still treat EVERY bike as OUR OWN and make sure to spend enough time on them to get them right.
We also have the option to combine Fleet Servicing with our Mechanics Classes – we can teach your employees how to build, repair, and maintain your business’s bikes (and their own).
TRW can also provide relief work to bike businesses on a casual/fill-in basis. If you’re a bike store/distributor/wholesaler/representative who needs specialist help with little notice, we can help. In 2015 VicRoads employed our services as part of the “Travel Happy” safety campaign. We set up shop on Melbournes busiest trails through Docklands and Northcote, offering free tune-ups to commuters. All they had to do was voice a pledge to do their bit to ride safer, which was eventually aired on TV and online to the masses.
The CBW Building located at 550 Bourke Street is the first stop in a busy day for hundreds of cyclists. Their bike cage is FULL daily with 300-400 bikes. TRWM sets up shop a few times a year to offer discounted servicing at work for many companies. We also parter with CBW to offer Ride2Work Day incentives.
Bindaree is a camping, gear hire, education and adventure specialist. They take mostly school and corporate groups on bike trips. TRWM is called upon every month to repair and service their fleet of over 100 mountain bikes at their Bayswater facility.
St John Ambulance Victoria uses us to service their fleet or emergency response bikes. Keeping these bikes running perfectly and reliably has been of the upmost importance.
E-Stralian is an Australian retailer of e-bikes. The business has novated lease schemes available that allow you to lease e-bikes to pay via your salary over time, and also claim tax benefits. With every new e-bike sold in Melbourne, we deliver the bike to their owners, build it, fit it, and service it when the time comes. Only stocking high-quality e-bikes and with unmatched customer service, these guys deserve a look.
Just one of the schools we serve, located at the corner of Drummond and Palmerston streets, Carlton Primary proudly own around 25 bikes of various sizes. They use the bikes for bike education training. This greatly benefits kids whose parents cannot afford one, or can’t store a bike at their home. We’ve serviced each and every one of them.
Bicycle Buyer is an importer and retailer of bespoke bicycles, stocking brands such as Festka and DeAnima. Their point of difference is that they offer a fully personalized experience; incorporating the custom build, custom frame sizing, and custom frame artwork. Everything is catered for including a bike fitter and of course mobile mechanics build, delivery and servicing. We build all bikes sold in Melbourne.
Out Doors Inc is a statewide not-for-profit organization that delivers outdoor adventure and recreation programs for people at risk or living with poor mental health. We have helped them maintain their fleet of bikes.

OR Hire us by the hour. $150 for the first hour, then $130P/H, plus distance fee if applicable.

We can cater to your event!
This involves working on A LOT of bikes in a day, usually quick tasks to get riders back in action.
From pre-race bike prep to mid race repair and quick fixes, we’ll keep you rolling.
We’re set up to cater to a huge range of different event scenarios, and our state of the art mobile setups are organised and efficient. Once we arrive on-site, we’re set up in minutes. We can even provide rolling event support to stranded riders – we can find them and have them back on the road in no time.
Our service is able to work day and night, rain, hail or shine. We are dependable and experienced operators – the real deal!

Most common situations that arise
Pre-Event Bike Prep
Riders have pulled their bike out of storage just for an event, or have forgotten to get the bike checked and ready prior to the event day.
Mid-Event Repair
Riders have a breakdown during the ride/race event. Usually they'll make their way to us at a designated rest/repair stop, OR, the 'sag wagon' will pick them up and drop them to us. We can even provide a rolling service where we meet the broken down rider and bike on the course.
Spare Parts Sales and Bike Service
We arrive with a broad selection of parts and accessories to help your event participants get the most out of their ride, or come to the rescue when in need. We can also service their bikes if time allows.
