Requests generally include but are not limited to:
- Adults sub $600 boxed bike assembly (most bikes near and below this value, but not all)
- Safety check
- Puncture repairs (standard bikes)
- Gear tuning.
- Kids boxed bike assembly.
- Replace a gear or brake cable.
- Fix a broken chain.
- Fit a tubeless tire.
- Fix a stripped crank (pedal) thread.
- True a wheel or replace a broken spoke
- Bleed a brake (2x top bleeds or 1x full top & bottom bleed)
- Bike wash OR degrease
- Wrap new bar tape/replace grips.
- Fit a baby seat.
- Bicycle storage racks consultation
- Post-crash insurance quote
Or any combination of the following items that fit within the 30 minute appointment.

Minimum Spend and Callout Distance Fees
The minimum labor charge is $99 inc GST. We travel anywhere in metro Melbourne. The first 10km from Ormond is free, and additional distance is charged at $5 per km in one direction.

Our Setup
All work is carried out in our service vans on the street or your driveway, not in your lounge room.
We keep it clean and easy – we leave no trace and require no water or electricity to operate. Rainy days are no problem.
If you live in a high-rise, or somewhere that takes a while to get in and access the bike, our request is that you please bring the bike out to us so we can begin the service promptly. Less time schlepping the bike on-site means more time doing good mechanic adjustments!
Spare Parts
We carry thousands of spare parts for most jobs such as cables, pads, chains, cassettes, chainrings, tires, tubes, bar tape, grips, and so on. All work and replacement parts will be carried out following your approval.
Payments
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank deposit and PayID (0416177802).
Group Discounts
A 10% discount is available when you purchase three or more General Service (or greater) at a time.
See if you can get some friends to bundle your bikes together at home, or colleagues together at work and have a corporate service day.
We also offer day-rate pricing for full day bookings.
